Historically, repairing a collapsed sewer pipe meant tearing up your front driveway, sidewalk, and manicured landscaping with an excavator. Today, Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining restores broken sewer mains completely underground.
How CIPP Trenchless Lining Works
Our technicians saturate a flexible felt tube with commercial-grade epoxy resin. The tube is inserted through an existing exterior cleanout and inverted along the damaged pipe using pressurized water or air. Once cured, the resin hardens into a seamless, joint-free structural pipe inside the old pipe, guaranteed for 50+ years.
Cost Comparison: Trenchless vs. Traditional Digging
While trenchless lining costs $120 to $250 per linear foot, it eliminates the $4,000 to $9,000 required to restore destroyed concrete driveways and landscaping, making it significantly more economical overall.
