🚨 Immediate Emergency Steps While Waiting:

• Water Meter Shutoff: If water is pooling indoors or your meter dial is spinning rapidly, turn off your curbside angle stop valve clockwise with a curb key or adjustable wrench.
• Gas Smell Caution: If you detect a sulfur/rotten egg odor, DO NOT touch light switches or ignite flames. Evacuate immediately and call our emergency line or 911/SoCalGas from outside.
• Hot Floor Under Slab: If a floor tile is unusually warm, shut off the cold water feed at the top of your water heater to stop pressurized hot water slab flow.
